Learn the basic scientific principles of how our emotions and physiology are connected, and what happens when we move from a state of physiological stress or anxiety to one of inner-ease.

Session Two — Tuesday, May 1st 5pm PDT – Howard Martin, EVP HeartMath Inc.
How to redirect old unproductive stress habits using one of our favorite tools for shifting from stress to inner-ease, and how to confirm when you are successful – what it feels like.

Session Three — Tuesday, May 8th 5pm PDT – Deborah Rozman Ph.D., CEO HeartMath Inc.
Learn practical strategies for integrating the skill of shifting to ease into your everyday routines at work and home, learning to act from a state of inner ease with family and friends and when faced with challenges.
