Previously we tried things like meditation CDs

My husband and I have been using the Emwave Pro for almost a year now. Previously we tried things like meditation CDs. I find the Emwave is more enjoyable to do. It is motivating when you can see your coherence getting better. I do it 3 times per day for 5 minutes each. I find that to get results it need to be 2-3 times per day. e is the breath pacer which is surprisingly effective. I also like that you can see what your coherence is. My husband likes to do the games and has set up a slide show with his own pictures as one of the things he likes to use. We can tell that using this has helped us to be more relaxed and sleep better. Even though it is kind of expensive it has been worth it for us. We first learned of the benefits of coherence from reading the book The Heartmath Solution. Read Less

Amazing and exciting

ams and 3 decades of my life to uncontrollable fear and trying many different medications and therapy with very little improvement, I heard about Heart Math and requested the sessions from my mental health care provider. The results were nothing short of amazing to me. Five half-hour sessions were conducted a week apart with home practice in between. By the fifth session, I was able to begin engaging in activities that were previously impossible for me to cope with. My wife was fantastically impressed with the improvement in my mental balance and confidence when exposed to social situations. It cannot emphasized enough the change this has made within my being.
