Play it at home or in the classroom

Make a face that shows frustration or happiness. Tell about a time you felt calm or scared. What color would your heart be if it were a color? Those are just a few of the challenges players face in HeartMath's new Wild Ride to the Heart® game, where the first player to reach the heart at the center of the board, wins. But win or lose, the whole family will soon learn the true fun in playing Wild Ride - again and again - is because it makes you feel good in your heart.

Emotional Awareness and Balance

Wild Ride is especially designed to teach children about recognizing, expressing and balancing their emotions. The game incorporates HeartMath's nearly two decades of scientific research and field studies into the physiology of emotions and the intelligence of the heart. For those who are lucky, the journey to the finish will be smooth, but chances are they'll have a Wild Ride as they make funny faces, tell stories and have lots of fun. It's good for the heart.

Bought a couple and love them.

I'm a Life Coach for Executives and I love giving technology like this as presents for clients and fellow parents. So the game is really simple. You need to play it with the kids to get them going. And put it away just before they get bored of it (just before not after). I've also bought 3 spinners and at least 5 EmWave Devices & More. I pay from $50-150USD for postage. And I will buy MORE. These products are essentially investments in our childrens and our childrens community! (I bought extra for my daughters day care center)

Played it with my 5 year old son and 9 year old niece. We all had good fun. My niece jumped right in to help my boy understand the different emotions and kept him on track at the times when he needed to get serious, like when he needed to do the heart technique.

My son (almost 9) has been showing this to his friends and loves playing it. I am giving this to my client who is 8 so the family can integrate this language into their conversations.
